Step 6: Using the Menus
At the top of each page is the Toolbar, which contains the menus which allow access to additional functionality.
The menu items visible will depend upon what your Administrator has set up.
| Tab | Description |

| Home | Displays the site home page. This may be a custom home page (refer to your Process Governance Framework for details) or a standard page. The Home page provides links to menu pages, allowing you to access process maps and other documents. |
| Search | Extensive tools to search for specific information within maps and documents. |
| Reports | Runs reports to audit, manage and improve process maps. |
| Approvals | For the Approval and Review of maps (limited access). |
| Improvement | Tools to compare sites and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. |
| Administration | For the administration of the Process Library (limited access). |
| News | Displays information about new and updated content and provides a feedback mechanism for general users. |
| Allows maps and reports to be printed. | |
| Help | Accesses Process Libraries online Help and other resources. |
| Mobile Site | Allows you to switch from the Desktop to the Mobile version of the Process Library.
